Roush Performance Unveils Its 2024 F-150 With An Array Of Upgrades

The team at Roush Performance has unveiled its 2024 F-150 production vehicle, and it sports several new upgrades. The list includes a redesigned Roush coilover suspension, a new high-flow grille, auxiliary lights, and an off-road wheel and tire package. The 2024 Roush F-150 can be built on either STX, XLT or Lariat trim levels.

The coilover suspension under the Roush F-150 has been overhauled for 2024. Benefits are said to include increased capability and an improved stance.

Revamped Coilover Suspension

Roush Performance has overhauled its coilover suspension system for the 2024 Roush F-150. The result is increased capability and an improved stance compared to the previous iteration. The new suspension provides a 2-inch level to the truck and features custom-tuned spring and shock rates. Roush says that the new suspension bolsters off-road performance while maintaining on-road comfort. Furthermore, the 2024 Roush F-150 boasts 33-inch General Tire A/TX all-terrain tires mounted on satin black 20-inch Roush Off-Road Wheels. Additionally, the truck has Roush’s distinctive Active Exhaust System. This system features an easily adjustable exhaust note. Finally, STX and XLT models feature laser-etched stainless steel dual exhaust tips.

All builds feature a black appearance package, but each trim level of the truck offers a varying range of color choices.

Exterior Features

Each trim level of the 2024 Roush F-150 offers a varying range of color choices: six for the STX, seven for the XLT including Antimatter Blue, and eight for the Lariat with the inclusion of Star White. All builds feature a black appearance package to compliment the off-road styling of the truck. Throughout the vehicle, signature Roush styling elements are integrated, accentuating the F-150’s body contours. These include a redesigned Roush grille with built-in lighting, hood and door graphics, and a USA flag graphic.

Additionally, optional bedside graphic packages in black or silver are also available. Furthermore, there are numerous off-road and performance-oriented improvements. Airflow enhancements are achieved through the high-flow front Roush grille and functional heat extractors integrated into the hood. Also, the truck features an integrated amber LED lightbar in the front bumper and Diode Dynamics flood lights integrated into the rear. Wide, accent-lit, painted fender flares offer extra clearance but and a beefy presence. Finally, optional Roush pillar lights by Diode Dynamics are available.

A panel overhead contains switches for auxiliary lighting, the active exhaust, and other prewired switches that can be used for other electrical accessories.

Interior Features

Inside the truck, Roush designers crafted a blend of style and utility. Carbon-fiber accents adorn various areas, including the steering wheel, dash, and door panels. An illuminated overhead switch panel governs auxiliary lighting, the active exhaust, and other prewired switches for future accessory installations. Noteworthy visual enhancements include serialized Roush badging and Roush “R” key fobs. To protect the truck’s carpet from debris, Roush floor liners are installed. Additionally, the stock pedals have been upgraded to cast aluminum “R” branded pedals. An optional Roush Premium Leather Package offers Coffee Brown or black leather seats with a hex pattern insert that mirrors the high-flow grille. Additionally, each headrest is embroidered with the Roush logo, accompanied by subtle square “R” and American flag tags.

Roush fit the F-150 with 20-inch off-road wheels wrapped in 33-inch General Tire Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires.

Options Available

There are several options available for the Roush F-150. For example, the Roush Ready Package includes a locking console vault for securely storing valuables, along with an off-road utility kit. The kit also includes a jumper box, tow straps, D-ring hooks, ratcheting tie-down straps, and Roush-branded gloves. Additionally, a Roush/Alpine Audio System is available, and it boasts upgraded speakers and subwoofers positioned beneath the rear seats. Furthermore, Roush Off-Road Ditch Lights from Diode Dynamics are available, and they can be linked with the interior overhead Auxiliary Switch for easy control.

In the rear, a pair of Diode Dynamics flood lights integrated into the bumper can be turned on for reverse lighting or camp lights.

Pricing And Warranty

The 2024 Roush F-150 starts at $25,150 above the original vehicle’s purchase price and is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

Up front, there’s an all-new high-flow grille with Roush illumination and a front bumper cover with integrated off-road lightbar.
