Every year the Sand Sports Super Show marks the traditional start of the off-road sand recreation season. This is an annual industry rallying point that takes place every September at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, California. 

Touted as the world’s biggest sand sports expo, there are hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees who have come to jump-start their favorite off-road recreational hobby. This is a major event with the top off-road companies debuting and demonstrating their latest products. The who’s who of specialized off-road product and manufacturing will be onsite with their latest and greatest on display. I am always stoked to see what they bring to the table. Some hot new products that I am excited to see are the Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports UTV shocks, Fluid Logic Wave hydration system, and the Tensor Tire Sand Series front steering and rear paddle tires.

Fox Factory’s Proving Grounds

This year, the 2022 Sand Sports Super Show will have a proper dose of live-action high-octane entertainment and demonstrations. This brand new activation, Fox Factory’s Proving Grounds in partnership with HammerKing Productions, will provide a unique and memorable experience for all participants and spectators. 

Guests will see a lineup of professional drivers in purpose-built race vehicles – ripping it up. The high-horsepower, earth-shaking King of the Hammers Ultra4 Class will be showcased, along with UTV and Pre-Runners. Driver autograph sessions will follow each round of demos.
