With its gorgeous styling and classic design, it is no surprise that the 1977 Ford F-250 Crew Cab pickup has become a highly coveted collector’s item. In recent months, we have seen many high-riding iterations of the ‘77 Crew Cab fetch top dollar on collector car auction websites like Mecum. This particular Ford Crew Cab High-Boy Dent-Side was actually purchased by Scott Poncher during a Mecum Auto Auction in Las Vegas.
Coming off the auction block it did not look this good. Scott revamped the impressive truck to make it more drivable and reliable. We have to say it holds a stunning profile that is hard to look away from and pristine example that could set a new record.

The pickup seen in the pictures is a rust-free Arizona truck that comes equipped with a factory air conditioning system. The bodywork of this ‘77 Crew Cab sports a gorgeous metallic blue custom paint job. All the body parts were sourced from LMC Truck, and the interior comes equipped with plush carpet. Flex steel seats make the cab a comfortable place for the occupants.
The truck features modern amenities like a remote start program, Amp Research drop down steps, and a clear bra to protect the flawless paint and finish. For extra reliability, the cooling system was all replaced with a new radiator, electric fans, and an advanced fuel injection system.

This ‘77 Ford Crew Cab features a short bed, and the truck’s 6-inch lift is the piece de resistance of the ensemble. The lift kit features a powder coated to match six inch Superlift suspension system, and the steering arms and shocks were also upgraded to accommodate the new ride height.
