Mickey Thompson’s All-New Baja Boss A/T Is Here!

For months now, we’ve been in touch with the team over at Mickey Thompson about a big release of a new tire for us truck people. For the longest time, we weren’t sure to expect, but the day has come. A few days ago our set of 305/55R20 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires arrived and they look absolutely incredible.

There were mumblings about this tire prior to the embargo date so we anticipated a really cool tire and we weren’t disappointed. Its radical face makes you think any terrain is possible, the sizes available call for happiness no matter what build you’re attacking, and they look to offer this industry an alternate option over popular others.

First impression? Nasty. This looks like a perfect mating of difficult terrain capability, street manners, and a show-worthy face.

Stay tuned as we are going to get these babies mounted up this week and go into a full review like we normally do on new tire launches. We will test for road-noise, off-road durability, on-road comfort, how the treads handle rocks, and overall performance for a full-size truck. If there is anything else you would like us to test out on these tires prior to your purchase, let us know in the comments below!
