Video: Jeep And Jeremy Renner Collaborate For Summer Of Jeep

Jeremy Renner, the on-screen action hero, actor, singer-songwriter and musician has turned his sights and is exploring a career in the music entertainment industry and has collaborated with the Jeep brand to launch his three new singles. The new content is one part music video and one part commercial for the vehicles.

The all-new music tracks from the artist are named “Main Attraction,” “Nomad” and “Sign.” Each has been combined with commercials promoting Jeep’s sixth annual “Summer of Jeep” campaign and is being shared across television and social media.

The Sky One-Touch Power Top is brand new for the JL Wrangler and features the open air feeling without removing the hard top from the vehicle. Left: The ragtop is opened up and the rear quarters are removed. Right: The Jeep is closed up, eluding to how easy the conversion is.

The above commercial, named “Ride Swap” is paired with Renner’s single “Sign.” – The main focus is a 2019 Ocean Blue Metallic Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. The upbeat and catchy tune starts off as Renner and his group exit a diner just as the Jeep pulls up. Instead of climbing into the tour bus, Renner trades spots and takes the Jeep to their concert.

The video also gives us another view of the new Sky One-Touch Power Top that was recently launched. The new top is a hybrid/modular type top with a large rag top section in the roof that opens up at the push of a button in about 20-seconds. The top also features removable rear quarter windows for even more open-air feeling, perfect for situations where removing and storing the entire hard top is either impractical or impossible. Near the end of the video, the Jeep arrives with the rear quarter windows installed and the Sky One-Touch Power Top closed.

Renner’s full music video for “Main Attraction” and a documentary following his music pursuits were done in conjunction with the three television spots and Jeep’s campaign.
