BOLT Locks “One Key Lock Technology” lock products for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Renegade are now available. The durable and precision locks are made specifically for these popular Jeep models and work with Jeep’s center cut keys to offer convenient security.
BOLT is offering Receiver Locks, Coupler Pin Locks, Padlocks, Cable Locks, and Off-Vehicle Coupler Locks that can be used to secure trailers as well as other gear. The newly designed Jeep models offer a combination of modern style with an abundance of functionality and ruggedness to handle both everyday activities as well as weekend excursions. BOLT Locks are a tough and reliable aftermarket accessory item to help Jeep owners secure their valuables.
BOLT uses “Breakthrough One-Key Lock Technology” to permanently program the lock to the Jeep’s ignition key the very first time the key is inserted into the specially made lock cylinder. Using patented technology, the cylinder is uniquely coded with the help of spring-loaded plate tumblers that match the specific ignition key. This feature creates one-key convenience for vehicle owners that can be used to unlock any number of BOLT locks.
To help deter theft, BOLT Locks are made with a proprietary design that resists picking and bumping. The rugged materials used in BOLT Locks include an electroless nickel-plated carbon steel pin or shaft assembly that makes each type of lock strong and durable enough to stand up to demanding jobs. Severe weather and years of repeated use are no match for the automotive-grade stainless steel lock shutter, protective rubber shell and six-plate tumbler sidebar used in BOLT Locks.
